About Flight Register and Interrogate
Our expertise is understanding
airline data, and
airline business needs. We provide a Business Solution, not IT
Solutions. We work only in the airline sector. We help airlines to know
their customers by knowing their data.
Interrogate
is an entirely new concept. It is a series
of pre-built and pre-configured Oracle Databases. It accepts multiple
data feeds from airlines and automatically decodes, normalises and
sorts the data into a single database dedicated to that airline. It is
hosted, managed and maintained by Flight Register.
Interrogate
has numerous User Interfaces. As well as
key read-only KPI's for all airline departments, there are numerous
live Reports on bookings, revenue, audit and operations. Marketing and
distribution departments are helped by Demographic Passenger Mapping,
Origin and Destination Mapping, Customer Groupings, Profiling and
Marketing Lists by selected criteria. All PAX and PNR records can be
searched by multiple search criteria. 'Alerts' warn of unusual sales
channel activity, potential fraud and VIP bookings.
Data can
be re-exported back to the airline, or to
named suppliers, in any format required. Set up is on a Plug-and-Play
Basis. Subscription is monthly.
Interrogate
Oracle Business Intelligence is a
specialist tool for analysts. You can create your own reports,
slice-and-dice and drag-and-drop. However, the airline does not need to
make any investment, set-up or support. We look after the database and
middleware. You use the front end.

Set up
Most
airlines start by using data from their CRS, DCS
and Scheduling. Because Interrogate is entirely flexible, other data
feeds and User Interfaces can be added at any time.

Subscription
After
trialling Interrogate, you then pay a small
monthly subscription. The amount depends on what Interfaces and
Services you select.
